Why Study Peptide Therapy?
Peptides represent a new paradigm in therapeutics. They allow the targeted support of essential cellular metabolic pathways - they are known for their specificity and potency. Yet most therapeutic peptides struggle to fit into the traditional research and development pathways needed to gain approval with medical regulators - pathways developed for patentable drugs or 'poisons'. As naturally occurring signalling molecules, peptides indeed represent a new paradigm, one that many of your colleagues are embracing to improve clinical outcomes. This course is foundational - offering clear, concise guidance from experts in the field - What are peptides? How do they work? What can they do? And how can I use them?
